Meeting Rooms in Helsinki in a great location

Are you looking for an affordable meeting room in Helsinki remotely, or from another locality? Welcome to Osaamistehdas for your meetings or training sessions! We are easy to reach.

Osaamistehdas meeting rooms are located in Punavuori, Helsinki, conveniently close to Helsinki Central Railway Station and the metro. From the railway station, you can walk to Iso Roobertinkatu in about 15 minutes. If you have luggage or on a rainy day, you can get right next to us with trams 1, 3, 6, or 10. There are also several hotels of different standards nearby and along the way.

Through us, you can book many meeting and training facilities, some of which are rented in cooperation with our partners. On weekdays during the day, our most available spaces are Kokoustila Punavuori and Kokoustila Liitto. These spaces are suitable for 20–40 people. In the evenings, other training rooms are available, as well as the bright 70-seat Auditorio Roba.

Osaamistehdas's own spaces, Kokoustila Punavuori and Työskentelytila Pikku-Punavuori, are located on the 3rd floor, and Osaamistehdas Workshop on the 2nd floor.

Our partner's spaces, Kokoustila Roban Rumpu, are located on the 2nd floor, Koulutustila Roba (multiple) and Auditorio Roba are located on the 4th floor, and Kokoustila Liitto on the 5th floor.

If your event starts directly with participants arriving from a longer distance, we recommend wonderful breakfast packages or lighter coffee service provided by our partners at the beginning of the event. All catering sets can be found here. Some of our facilities also have a kitchen corner for arranging your own catering.
