Osaamistehdas provides testing and training services for occupational cards nationwide and rents comfortable meeting rooms in Helsinki. We are looking for a customer service specialist to join our team on a permanent contract at 50 % working time in Punavuori, Helsinki. For the right person, the hours may be increased after the turn of the year. You will be an important part of a small and efficient team, working side by side with Daniela, who is responsible for customer service and the meeting spaces.
Hi there, future Punavuori colleague! We're looking for an energetic person with a sense of humour to keep the wheels turning at the Punavuori office. You don't need to know everything right away — what matters is the right attitude, fluent Finnish and English, and not being fazed by a bit of a rush. If customer service is close to your heart and you want to make an impact in a tight-knit team, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
Your working days could include, for example:
- helping customers by email and phone
- solving questions about trainings, tests and registrations
- handling online store orders and customer data
- coordinating corporate customers' registrations and training arrangements
- advising customers on using our services
- collaborating with trainers, testers and the rest of the team
- various administrative and practical tasks
- arrangements related to the meeting spaces
- depending on your interests and skills, e.g. content production, marketing, invoicing or reporting
The work is varied: within a single day you might help a customer register, arrange training for a corporate client's employees, sort out how to replace a lost hygiene passport certificate and take care of online store orders.
You would especially enjoy this role if you:
- like helping customers and meet people kindly even when busy
- write clearly and fluently
- communicate well in both Finnish and English; other languages are a plus
- are thorough and like seeing things through to the end
- can organise your own work and prioritise when several tasks overlap
- are comfortable working on a computer and learn new systems quickly
- dare to take on new situations independently and find solutions
- are energetic, proactive and ready to help your teammates
Previous experience in customer service, sales, office work or digital systems is an advantage, but you don't need to know everything in advance. What matters most to us is a good customer service attitude, care, initiative and a willingness to learn. Relevant education is an advantage but not a requirement.
