Experience
The Sauna Grannies bathing experience, 1.5 h.
In the safe hands of the Sauna Grannies you get a glimpse into the rich world of old Finnish bathing traditions. You'll hear about — and experience yourself — small tastes of the tradition, guided by gentle and experienced sauna hosts.
You'll also take home new ideas for your own sauna sessions and, above all, get to relax and experience something new yet somehow timelessly familiar. The whisks and herbs used are gathered, made and dried by the Sauna Grannies themselves from pure Finnish nature.

Workshop
Karelian pie workshop.
Step into Finnish traditions and learn something new! Sauna Pasila's Karelian pie workshop is a perfect blend of doing things together, Finnish heritage and genuine treats before the sauna.
The workshop starts with a short introduction and stories about Karelian pie traditions. Guided by our expert instructor, everyone rolls out the crusts and crimps their own pies. The dough and rice porridge are ready and waiting, so you get straight to the best part.
After the active baking session, the oven-fresh pies are enjoyed warm with cheerful company. Once everyone is full of their own handiwork, it's the perfect moment to continue the programme or head into the warmth of Sauna Pasila.

Leikkiklubi brings the games, 1.5 h.
Bring laughter and genuine playfulness to your meeting, recreation day, Christmas party or celebration! Leikkiklubi's guided games are designed for adults — participatory, spirit-lifting programme tailored to your space and theme.
The activity takes place at Sauna Pasila (indoors or nearby) and requires no preparation from your group. Instruction is available in Finnish and English.
